L2P has been working with the USA division of a global corporation, to design and implement a tailored Remote Work (RW) pilot program. A global shift toward a new way of working has been evolving for a number of years and now the pandemic has demonstrated RW is a viable option in today’s economy.
Recognizing there are numerous benefits and challenges with remote working, our client was looking to build a sustainable Remote Work program that would support both their business and individual working preferences.
L2P was engaged at the conceptual stage of the pilot to assist with overall project coordination and to help our client shift toward a new way of working. By applying L2P’s Remote Work Framework, we helped our client ensure all relevant considerations were factored into the program design.
