He has a keen interest in helping people develop a performance mindset and acts as a mentor at all levels of the organization.
Victoria has extensive experience in business assessment, planning, process improvement, facilitation and digital transformation projects. An analytical thinker, Victoria effectively partners with people and teams to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decision making and drive successful implementations. Skilled in project management, Victoria has the ability to distill large amounts of information in order to effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels within organizations. Her ability to quickly build trust with clients allows her to play the role of ‘trusted advisor’ for many. Holding a B.Comm degree and a LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt, Victoria has supported a broad array of clients across the following industries; oil and gas, petrochemicals, post-secondary education, consumer packaged goods and not for profit.
A strategic business leader, Dick has decades of broad-based industry experience, more recently in executive roles in multinational corporations where he has led teams well in excess of 500 people, and has been accountable for annual budgets greater than $1 B. Dick is highly motivated in helping executives lead people through strategic change to improve business performance, particularly in operational environments where safety is a priority. Having worked both domestically and internationally, he has led businesses and functional units in upstream oil & gas, supply & distribution, commodity trading & risk management, software development & marketing, and management consulting. When not supporting L2P’s clients, Dick enjoys his family, tennis and staying fit.
Robin Parsons, MBA, CPF, CTF is a Certified Professional Facilitator who genuinely believes that the world is a better place when participative dialogue has happened. She has made it her mission to help groups to think clearly so that they can make the decisions they need to make. Robin established her own practice in 2014 and loves collaborating with Lead2Perform. She’s delivered hundreds of facilitated events across a range of industries (public, private, not for profit) and clients (Oil & Gas, Government, Healthcare, Education, Legal, Social Services).

Peter Betnaza, is a Business Transformation Leader and Professional Certified Coach. He has been leading Digital and Operational transformations for 20 years. Skilled at connecting Executives with the front line employees to create effective organizations. Peter is driven by the courage of his clients to try new approaches and transform their working environments and results. Dave is a certified executive coach, coaching leaders and teams internationally since 2006 on performance improvement through improved planning, communication, teamwork & process utilization. Industries include oil & gas (upstream) & manufacturing. His 26 years of operations leadership experience include union and non-union organizations and 6 years in the U.S. Navy. In addition to one-on-one coaching and group process, Dave also develops and facilitates customized leadership training materials for group participation.
